History of Tao Sam Saen
Chao Tao Sam Saen, a Burmese-faced chicken with a crested head, won the 660,000 baht championship at Thet Thai Stadium.
The Chao Tao Sam Saen originated as a chicken bred by Sie Jung Sam Roi Yot, whose father was Chao Chae Wat Rang.
The mother, Khao, was a member of the Provincial Administrative Organization. As a young man, he was a small chicken, so he gave it to his subordinates for 700 baht.
Until this chicken showed promise, the team of MP Sem Ko Sem Farm imported it for fighting.
When fighting with Chao Lee So Chor Chalarm Chon, for a 330,000 baht bet, Chao Tao Sam Saen won.
He later suffered an eye infection, preventing him from fighting again. Ko Sem Farm bred several chicks that became champions, such as Chao Thap Tor Daeng, Chao Phet Khat Na Yok (who fought with Krathing), and Chao Ram Sun.
The Chao Tao Sam Saen breed is known for its tenacity, love of betting, ear and eye injuries, and accurate throwing and slashing.
The three-hundred-thousand-gray-headed lion has been relocated to Chanthaburi, Thongchai Chanthaburi Farm. The breeding has produced highly respected offspring and grandchildren.
Members have developed the breed, further developing it, producing many high-priced offspring and grandchildren.
